Payment Terms and Conditions

A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and initiate your order. The remaining 40% balance is to be settled in full upon collection of the completed product(s). No items will be released until the final payment has been received.

By proceeding with payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions govern the manufacturing and supply of leather products by the manufacturer to the client. By accepting our quotation and/or making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.

2. Product Specifications

  • The manufacturer will produce goods according to agreed-upon specifications provided by the client.

  • Any changes to specifications must be communicated in writing and may result in additional costs or extended timelines.

3. Order Process

  • Orders must be confirmed in writing, including all details such as quantity, design, and delivery timelines.

  • A deposit of 60% is required to commence production, with the balance due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Quality Assurance

  • The manufacturer guarantees that products will meet industry standards for quality and craftsmanship.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, as well as marks and scratches, are natural due to the use of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Any designs or logos provided by the client remain the client’s intellectual property.

  • The manufacturer reserves the right to use images of the products for promotional purposes unless expressly prohibited by the client.

6. Liability

  • The manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper storage, or handling of the products.

  • In the event of defects attributable to the manufacturing process, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product at their discretion.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in delayed delivery.

  • Ownership of the products remains with the manufacturer until full payment has been received.

8. Delivery

  • The manufacturer will make all reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines but is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

  • The client is responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any issues within 7 days.

9. Cancellation and Returns

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of confirmation, subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

10. Communication and Specifications

  • By accepting our quotation, the client confirms agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

  • All specifications, approvals, changes, and confirmations must be communicated in writing via email.

  • Voice notes, verbal instructions, phone calls, or messaging voice recordings will not be accepted as valid instructions for specifications or changes.

  • The manufacturer will not be held liable for errors, delays, or discrepancies resulting from instructions not provided in writing via email.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation.

12. Amendments

The manufacturer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to the client.
